This visa is for skilled workers who are not sponsored by anyone. With this visa, you and your family can live and work permanently anywhere in Australia. This visa allows its holders to remain in Australia with full work rights. In order to apply to this visa, you must first submit an Expression of Interest through Skill Select.

Application prerequisite to apply

Candidates can only apply if they are invited. In order to be invited to apply, you must

• have experience in a nominated occupation AND;
• have a skills assessment test for that occupation
• submit an Expression of Interest
• age-18 to 50
• meet general Skilled Migration basic requirements
• Score 60 points minimum

This visa is only for those candidates who are invited by an Australian territory. The applicant and his family can live and work in any place of Australia.

In order to apply to this visa, you must first submit an Expression of Interest through Skill Select. If you meet the following requirement, you will be invited to apply.

Applications can only be applied if you are invited. In order to be invited to apply you must:

• have experience in a nominated occupation AND;
• have a skills assessment test for that occupation
• submit an Expression of Interest
• age 18-50
• meet general Skilled Migration basic requirements
• Have at least 60 points score

This visa is for those students who have graduated with an 2 year degree from an Australian institute and want to live and work in the country for between 18 months and 4 years.

There are two streams for this visa

Graduate work

This Graduate work visa is for those students who have graduated from an Australian education institute and that they nominate an occupation on the Australian Skilled Occupation List. The studies done by the student must be related to the occupation. Length of stay granted is valid for 18 months

Post-study work

This stream allows foreign students to stay in Australia for up to 4 years after completing their bachelor’s degree in Australia. Length of stay depends on the applicant’s qualifications, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and PhD

Application Prerequisite:

• Age 18-50
• meet general Skilled Migration basic requirements
• meet the 2 year study requirement

This visa is for the skilled workers who are nominated by Australia to live in Low Population Growth Area or sponsored by an eligible relative in a designated area in Australia. The grant stay is for 4 years the candidate must live in a specified regional area.

Gaining Legal Permanent Residence

After 2 years of living and working for 12 months in a low Population Growth Area, the applicant can than apply for permanent residence in Australia.

Eligibility

To apply you must be nominated by a state or be sponsored by an eligible relative.

The candidate must first apply through Skill Select then he can be invited to apply to this program.

• older than 18 and less than 50 age
• meet general Skilled Migration basic requirements
• To score at least 60 on the points test

This is a 2^nd stage permanent visa. This visa grants full legal permanent residence to its holders. To apply you must meet certain criteria.

• a Independent Regional visa
• a Designated Area/Sponsored visa
• a Bridging visa
